Important message for customers - direct debits

Unfortunately due to a technical error on Friday 8 December 2017 by the payment collection company AllPay, around 4% of Coast & Country customers have had their rent collected twice from their bank accounts.

Coast & Country is advising all customers to check their bank accounts and if they have been affected to contact their bank to process an immediate refund under the direct debit guarantee. We will contact all customers affected either by text message or telephone call today.
