Anti-social behaviour

Here at Coast & Country we want to make sure that all our customers and those living in our communities can enjoy their home in quiet, peaceful and secure surroundings. That’s why we take anti-social behaviour (ASB) so seriously.

So seriously in fact, that we are signed up to the Respect – ASB charter for housing and are part of the Community Safety Partnership working with the Police, Council and other partners to prevent and tackle ASB. We also have a dedicated mediator who works with people to reach a solution.

If you are a Coast & Country customer, you are responsible for making sure that you, or anyone living in or visiting your home behaves in a way that does not cause danger, nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to your neighbours or anyone living in your community.

ASB includes things like excessive noise, domestic abuse*, harassment, threatening behaviour, hate crime, vandalism, animal nuisance, vehicle nuisance and drug or alcohol related behaviour.

You can read more about our approach to stamping out ASB and how we support anyone affected by it in our Anti-Social Behaviour Procedure.pdf[pdf] 2MB and Anti-Social Behaviour Statement of Policy [pdf] 73KB.

If you are being affected by anti-social behaviour you can report it by contacting your local housing office or by completing our form below.
