Unfortunately due to a technical error with our direct debit contactor Allpay, a number of our customers had their direct debits taken twice.
This affected customers whose direct debits were due on a Friday or on the 8th of each month.
Please be advised that this issue has now been resolved.
If you still haven't received a credit to your account please contact Allpay on 0844 557 8318. You can also ask your bank to immediately reimburse the money under the direct debit guarantee.
